Shipping & delivery
We treat every piece with the care it deserves. Orders are prepared in secure conditions, inspected before dispatch, and sent using services suited to fine jewellery.
Where we ship
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us—we may still be able to arrange delivery on request.
Processing & dispatch
- Order review: Most orders are confirmed within one business day. Made-to-order or resized items may require additional lead time; we will confirm the timeline by email.
- Carriers: We work with insured couriers and tracked services. A signature is usually required on delivery.
- Cut-off times: Orders placed after our daily cut-off may roll to the next business day.
Packaging
Pieces travel in protective, discreet packaging designed to prevent movement and surface contact. Certificates, appraisals, or warranty cards are included when they apply to your purchase.
Insurance in transit
Shipments are covered against loss or damage while in the carrier’s care, subject to the carrier’s terms and any statutory limits. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, note it with the courier before signing where possible.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a short time to activate on the carrier’s system.
Duties, taxes & customs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. These are usually collected before or on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility, unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.
