Are your prices negotiable? Our online prices reflect fair market value. For high-value pieces, private consultation may be available — please get in touch.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship? We ship across Europe with insured, tracked couriers. Contact us for delivery to other regions.

How long does delivery take? Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. European delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination.

Is shipping insured? Yes — all shipments are fully insured against loss and damage while in transit.

Watches

Are your watches authentic? Every timepiece is authenticated by our expert team. We provide condition reports and documentation where available.

Do watches come with a warranty? Eligible pre-owned watches include a 24-month warranty covering the movement. See our CPO Warranty page for details.

Can I send my watch for evaluation? Yes — we offer an insured premium shipping service for watch valuations. If you decline our offer, your watch is returned free of charge.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return an item? EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. See our Returns page for full details.

What condition must the item be in? Items should be unworn, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

Gold & diamond buying

How do you determine the price for my gold? We assess weight, purity (karat), and current market rates. Branded pieces and diamond-set items receive additional value above melt price.

Do I need an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Appointments are recommended for larger valuations.

How quickly do I get paid? Appraisals take approximately 10 minutes. If you accept our offer, payment is immediate — cash or bank transfer.
