CPO Warranty — Certified Pre-Owned watches

Every eligible pre-owned watch purchased from Juwelier Roneli includes a 24-month warranty covering the movement.

What is covered

• Mechanical movement defects that occur under normal use
• Automatic winding mechanism failures
• Timekeeping accuracy outside manufacturer tolerances

What is not covered

• Cosmetic wear (scratches, dings, bracelet stretch)
• Water damage resulting from improper use or exceeded water resistance ratings
• Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or servicing by third parties
• Battery replacements in quartz watches (consumable)
• Normal wear of gaskets and seals

How to make a claim

1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
2. We will arrange insured return shipping if needed
3. Our watchmaker will assess the timepiece
4. If the issue is covered, repair is carried out at no charge

Condition report

Each CPO watch ships with a detailed condition report documenting the state of the case, crystal, dial, bracelet, and movement at the time of sale.

Beyond warranty
