Returns & exchanges

We want you to be confident in your purchase. The notes below describe a typical process for jewellery; your statutory rights are not affected where they apply.

Cooling-off & return window

If you are shopping as a consumer in the European Union, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within a statutory period (often 14 days from receipt of the goods). Exceptions can apply to certain personalised or made-to-order items—see below.

Outside the EU, return eligibility depends on local law and the terms shown at checkout. When in doubt, contact us before wearing or altering the piece.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for return authorisation and instructions before sending anything back.
  2. Pack securely using the original box and materials where possible. Jewellery should not move freely inside the parcel.
  3. Ship with tracking and adequate insurance, using the carrier we specify when we give you the return label or address.

Do not return high-value items without agreed insurance and tracking.

Condition of returned items

To accept a return or exchange, we usually require that the piece is:

  • Unworn and free of scratches, dents, or alterations
  • In original condition, with tags and any protective seals intact where supplied
  • Accompanied by all accessories: box, pouch, certificates, and appraisal documents that were included with delivery

Items that show wear, resizing, engraving, or modification may be declined or subject to a restocking or refurbishment charge, in line with applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are handled according to applicable law and the terms stated at purchase (original outbound shipping may be non-refundable in some cases).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, contact us promptly. Exchanges depend on stock and may be treated as a return plus a new order.

Non-returnable or restricted items

The following may be final sale or subject to stricter rules, depending on jurisdiction and how the order was placed:

  • Personalised or engraved pieces
  • Made-to-order, bespoke, or altered items
  • Earrings or other categories subject to hygiene regulations where applicable

We will flag non-returnable items clearly at checkout when required.

Warranty vs returns

Manufacturing defects may be covered under warranty separately from change-of-mind returns. If you believe there is a defect, contact us with photos and a description before sending the item back.
