2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of order via the methods offered at checkout (credit card, bank transfer). The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

4. Delivery

We ship with insured couriers. Delivery times depend on your location and are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon handover. For consumers, risk transfers upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the item in its original condition within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Exceptions may apply to personalised, made-to-order, or sealed items opened after delivery where return is excluded for hygiene reasons.

6. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. For pre-owned watches, our CPO Warranty provides additional coverage as described on our CPO Warranty page. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Austrian law.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (DSGVO/GDPR).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. The courts of Vienna have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
